Precision, safety and no margin for error: Renovations to existing oil supply piping to existing and new generators for an American pharmaceutical company ranked sixth on the list of largest biomedical companies by revenue. It is ranked 77th on Fortune 500. Demolition included removal of existing oil supply and vent piping, disconnecting piping from generators and Storage tank. Piping and pump demolished after oil removal. New piping included double wall piping connecting to existing generators, new generator, pump skid, existing storage tank, and day tanks. Wiring of leak detection and heat trace in double wall piping pulled though new piping for both heat trace and leak detection.
Out in Milford MA working on another Design Build Arco Construction project for a national storage facility company. Over 100K sq’, beating the rain today to get our UG inspection tomorrow
With the site work completed, we are blazing through the underground drainage piping, partnering with Jewett Construction providing all the commercial plumbing work for a 3-floor ground up 46,843-square-foot building that will be the newest Massachusetts car dealership for a global automobile manufacturer.
