Dan-Cel Scope: A 5 phased project for the new, 110,000 Sq.’ corporate headquarters located on their 120-acre Marlboro Campus. Underground, core and shell and all rough and finish plumbing for the common spaces and labs.

Wolverine Worldwide

Dan-Cel Scope: A complete 131,000 Sq.’ fit-out to house the headquarters of this global shoe brand. This facility was awarded LEED-CI Gold status for its sustainable design. Dan-Cel was extremely proud to work with the architect and GC on this project installing LEED cast iron, fixtures and fittings enabling a 40% reduction over code for water use.

Dan-Cel Scope: Dan-Cel installed all rough and finish plumbing for this 160’00 Sq.’ office building that included a fully equipped fitness center, conference center and a corporate dining area. We also fit-out the plumbing for a new state-of-the-art training and research facility. Another project where sustainable materials were used as the building was awarded LEED Status.
MetroWest YMCA

Dan-Cel Scope: The YMCA – We recently completed rough to finish and accessory plumbing work for 9,500 Sq.’ of renovations, and 927 Sq.’ of new construction at the Lowell MA facility, as well as all plumbing for a full renovation for the YMCA facility in Framingham MA.
Tufts University

Dan-Cel Scope: Dan-Cel Mechanical Plumbing worked closely with team leaders across all trades to complete a $10 million 54,000 Sq.’ combined space renovation to Barnum and Dana Halls, which added teaching labs, research labs and office space. This was a phased year-long effort to revitalize and modernize the buildings. Tufts is another premiere institution in the higher education vertical we have had a decades long relationship with.

Dan-Cel Scope: Partnered closely with Columbia Construction Company and Elkus Manfredi Architects to use LEED rated piping, caulking, sealants, fire stopping and fixtures to ensure a LEED Platinum certified facility for this world leader in 3D and Product Life Cycle Management solutions.
iRobot

Dan-Cel Scope: iRobot – Turnkey UG, rough and finish plumbing covering 150,000 Sq.’ for the build out of iRobot’s World Headquarters, including their best in class R&D labs and museum. This project required extensive interior plumbing demo for the three existing buildings and the construction of new high-end offices as well as R&D and testing facilities and the installation of all new mechanical systems.
Middlesex Saving Bank

Dan-Cel Scope: Renovation fit-out - disconnected and removed fixtures with associated piping as well as installing all required rough and finish plumbing for new fixtures. Our team worked with JCA on similar projects as part of a multiyear interior construction renovation project for Middlesex Savings Bank branches in Acton, Hudson, Westboro, and Natick.
The Rivers School
Owner: The Rivers School - Revers Center for Science and Visual Arts

Dan-Cel Scope: All rough and finish plumbing for classrooms and lab space for The Rivers School new 34,000 Sq.’ Science and Visual Arts Center which houses physics, biology, and chemistry labs, spacious brightly lit art studios and workshops specially designed for sculpture, ceramics, photography, painting and printmaking, and computer graphics. We even got to enjoy a Labor Day barbecue provided by the Bowdoin Team on this one!
Fresenius Medicare Care

Dan-Cel Scope: Dan-Cel has partnered with Fresenius Medicare Care in rough to finish plumbing for facilities from Vermont to Rhode Island for their Dialysis clinics. We also install all plumbing needs for NX Stage patients receiving in home dialysis as well as providing for any of their service and maintenance needs.
