Fred became the owner and President of Anthony’s Plumbing and Heating, founded by his late father Anthony, in 1988 when he was only 18 years old. After 15 years of growing the business, Fred sold the company to Dan-Cel Co. in 2003, becoming the VP of the Project Management and Estimating. He purchased the business back from Dan-Cel Co. in 2016 and continuing to build on his success the company has seen exponential year over year growth and progressive innovation under his strategic leadership.

COO Bill Harrington is the corporate senior executive tasked with overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company. Bill is responsible for working with our President and executing on short- and long-term strategic plans for corporate growth and advancement, as well as preparing departmental budgets, financial projections and analyses of existing programs and policies.

Steve manages all mechanical design construction and service solutions. He is a Professional Engineer (Mechanical, MA) License # 49910 as well as a licensed Journeyman Plumber License # PL30538-J. He has over 20 years of experience in the design-build and estimating of commercial plumbing systems. He brings a hands-on understanding of the plumbing systems he designs which allows him to anticipate potential design and constructability challenges and provide the solutions required to mitigate them.

Justin has been working in the mechanical contracting industry for over 7 years estimating and managing Commercial HVAC and Plumbing projects across New England. He oversees the daily Installation and Servicing for Dan-Cel’s HVAC projects. His meticulous approach to process, organization and detail is essential to the quality of our project deliverables. He also brings his experience as a licensed journeyman plumber coupled with a deep technical knowledge of the trades to every project he manages.

Over the past 17 years with Dan-Cel Jim has gained a wide and deep understanding of not only the mechanical plumbing craft, but how to manage projects and large teams efficiently and effectively. His role is 70% Field Based and 30% Office Based. Jim is responsible for managing the overall day-to-day coordination and management of field related construction activities for a wide range of projects including pharmaceutical, research facilities, hospital, educational, and retail projects. He is also responsible for evaluating technician capabilities and results, ensuring personnel meet quality workmanship standards, productivity, and overall company standards and expectations.

John has 40 years of experience in leading and managing large teams in supervising the day-to-day planning and management of large-scale operations in the commercial HVAC space. He is responsible for coordinating and communicating with customer representatives, in house project managers and field personnel to ensure proper and timely completion of all contract phases. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, evaluation and development of operations team members, his goal is to always build a high-performance culture and he delivers.
